missing porterpersonal phone

i was pretty annoyed that the hotel lacked porter service. dragging luggage over cobblestones after a long trip is not fun. the front desk also gave me the runaround about my room being ready even though i had confirmed it. they seemed set on saying 'not ready' first instead of actually checking. i also found that there was no telephone in my room which meant i had to use my personal phone, which i consider pretty poor. this meant i had to use my own data.

the location was amazing and the super nice team (they really know how to.). the breakfast buffet had a huge selection and the beds were comfortable.

i encountered a couple of issues. my room's photos didn't match the website's and the air conditioning seemed nonexistent. i had to open the windows, but the noise from outside kept me awake.

Underwhelming Experience at a Pricey Hotel

I had multiple issues . The room lacked a phone. This made contacting the front desk quite difficult. the eco-ventilation system did not provide adequate cooling. Loud noise from nearby bars meant I had to keep the windows closed. The lack of functioning AC was a problem. This made the room uncomfortably hot.
